Ollie is sheriff of Guidestown at Rock Paper Shotgun, and since joining the team back in December 2018, he's written over 1,000 guides for the site, granting succour to millions of mystified gamers worldwide. He earned a meretricious first-class BA degree in English Literature in 2016 AD, taking every possible opportunity to write about shiny new games instead of dusty old tomes. Case in point, he wrote his undergraduate dissertation on Bastion and Transistor. He loves playing dangerously competitive games and factory sims, injuring himself playing badminton, and burying his face in the warm fur of his two cats (who may crop up from time to time in the header images of his guides).
